574 St Kilda Road now provides intelligent EV charging stations in the basement carpark for its tenants.

It’s an affordable services which staff will feel their sustainability concerns are being addressed & where potential employees will want to work.
Two charging bays (green) have been installed on Level 1 of the building basement, directly opposite the lifts.

A third bay (blue) has been designated for vehicle maintenance with a high-speed vacuum and tyre compressor.

These are available for use by 574 St Kilda Road tenants.
